ST. PHILIP’S COLLEGE ANNOUNCES UPDATES TO 2019 NATIONAL WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH LINEUP

Event dates, hours and content finalized to successfully optimize access for visitors during the month of March

St. Philip’s College announced today updates to its 2019 Women’s History Month lineup of six free events at the college’s 1801 Martin Luther King Drive and 800 Quintana Road locations.

The Women of the Holocaust Lecture with Jack Nawrocik program originally announced for March 21 will be repeated twice, replacing the originally announced March 21 The Women Left Out of Your History Books with Peace Center lecturer Susan Ives. Ms. Ives has to fulfill her civic duty with jury service, and in his capacity as a college faculty member, Mr. Nawrocik has graciously agreed to present on March 21, according to observance team co-lead and SPC Center for Learning Resources associate professor Kelli Wilder.
